SARAH BOLAND HEINE
Understanding the transformation of political and policy arenas as a result of technological innovation and social media’s rapid development has always been a passion of Sarah Heine’s. She helps The Moak Group support clients’ efforts to reach their digital and communications goals.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Heine has built coalitions for political and nonprofit campaigns and has found success in mobilizing divergent groups toward common goals. She has extensive knowledge of grassroots strategies and has successfully led efforts around voter turnout and GOTV operations. Ms. Heine has supported candidates from Georgia to California in realizing their campaign objectives and has managed the implementation of digital and field strategy on the local, state, and national levels.
She has executed effective legislative agendas for clients both in-District and on the Hill. Her expertise in digital communications and creative messaging has allowed clients to effectively advocate for policies and positions on various platforms, from print to social media and digital.
Before coming to DC, Ms. Heine honed her skills in communications, crisis management, and consensus building while teaching second grade in New Orleans, Louisiana, with Teach for America.
Ms. Heine holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
